Carrie Underwood returns home to “American Idol” where the former contestant performed in a beautiful “bridal gown?”
Carrie Underwood returned to the ‘American Idol’ stage on Thursday evening for a very dramatic performance of her new single ‘Blown Away’ which is the title track of her new album.
The country singer, who found fame on the show, wore a Theia Spring 2012 bridal gown.
Her stylist customized the gown with a thigh-high split by adding chiffon accents on the shoulder and a black sash to the waist.
In a further attempt to lose the bridal feel of the original look, the singer added GIO DIEV grey ostrich velvet and black patent sandals with black lacquer Samurai heels to give the look an edge.
Do the modifications improve this look for you? Or do you prefer the presented version?

What do you think of the gown?
Fully dressed in camouflage, Katy Perry storm the stage of American Idol last night (4/26). The purple hair pop singer performed her smash single “Part Of Me“. The performance was well choreograph and high energy, unfortunately I can’t say the same for her voice. This rendition of the song came off as vocally lazy. Watch the performance below and share your thoughts……..
