Question one why cant he conduct business? Question two why and when since america doesn’t like tax dollars? That all i have to say about this . Read the details via YBF

Do the feds just have it out for T.I.? Newly released photos show that not only did prison officials know T.I. was boarding a tour bus on the way to his halfway house, it appears that he received help!

So now the feds are backtracking and saying T.I. was also brought back into custody because he may have been discussing “business” on the tour bus with its occupants.

As shown in the photo above, it confirms what T.I.’s wife, Tiny, said last week, that prison officials knew that T.I. was taking a tour bus to his halfway house.

But now prison officials are backing off of the whole “tour bus” thing and saying the OTHER reason T.I. was brought back into custody was because prison officials believe he was conducting business while on the bus. How so? Well….shortly after T.I. left prison, it was revealed that he was going to shoot a reality show about his release for VH1. And guess who just happened to be on that waiting tour bus……T.I.’s manager, and two VH1 producers. Hmmmmmm.

In an incident report file by the feds, they say T.I. was ONLY supposed to travel with his wife Tiny to the halfway house. And although T.I.’s camp says no “business” was discussed, prison officials don’t see it that way. So T.I. went back to the Big House.

TI Will Remain In Federal Custody Until The End Of September

Now this time I will say based on the evidence presented infront of me The Federal Prison Authorities you are wrong. The sad part about is they have yet to release a statement as what law was broken or what TI did wrong? Read more via 96WEFM

T.I.’s choice of transportation from a Forrest City, Arkansas prison has cost him his freedom until the end of September. T.I. was released from prison last Wednesday, after an 11 month sentence for violating the terms of his probation, after he was caught with ecstasy, in September of 2010. The rapper, born Clifford Harris, took a luxury motor coach filled with his entourage from the Arkansas prison facility, to a halfway house in Atlanta, where he was due to check in. His high-profile mode of transportation to the halfway house angered authorities, who sent him back to federal prison in Atlanta, where he is due to be released September 29th. T.I.’s attorney Steve Sadow said that authorities have yet to send a formal notice explaining how the trip on the motor coach was in violation of any rule or law.

After serving less than 11 months in an Arkansas prison, The KAAAANG is officially out of prison. However, he will be released to a halfway house to serve the remainder of his sentence.
TIP will also release a new reality series that will document his path on the (hopefully) straight and narrow. The series, which is currently untitled, is slated to premiere on December 5th on VH1.

Here’s to hoping that T.I. has truly learned his lesson and stays out this time. I can’t speak on anyone’s behalf but mine and I must say that I’m happy that he’s out! I’m ready for new music from the KANG!

Southern rapper Gucci Mane, who is currently behind bars on for probation violation, is reportedly set to hit the streets once again as early as next month. According to reports, Gucci will avoid a recommended 17-month stay in an Atlanta jail. RumorFix has learned exclusively that rapper Gucci Mane will be out of jail by the end of June — that 15 months earlier than anyone expected. Gucci, who’s real name is Radric Davis, appeared in a Fulton County jail Monday afternoon and in less than an hour, he got the best news of his life. The Atlanta-based star, who has been on probation since October 2005, will end his probation by the end of June and he’ll be out of jail, Gucci’s attorney Mark Issa tells RumorFix. It had been recommended that the “Lemonade” lyricist be sentenced to 17 months in prison for the probation violation, but his attorneys were able to convince the judge to set him free after just 45 days. ….. Sister2Sister Check out what DaBrat is up to……

It doesn’t seem like Da Brat had such a hard time serving her two-and-a-half year prison sentence.

The “Funkdafied” rap artist has been telling anyone who’ll listen about how she received more than enough attention from her fellow inmates who fought to braid her hair. However, she said her relationships were all strictly platonic.

“I had to cuss a couple of people out because you know if you come across as too nice, people are going to try and take advantage,” she said. “You gotta let them know and once I did that, nobody tried me,” she told Bossip.

She also talked about the celebrities who took time from their busy schedules to visit her while she was incarcerated.

“Mariah [Carey] and Nick [Cannon] came … Kat Williams came …,” said Da Brat who understood why producer Jermaine Dupri didn’t visit.

“Despite what people had to say about my brother JD, he just could not see me in that light and I understand that. Some people don’t want to see their people locked down, so I’m not mad at him at all. I love him and I know he loves me despite whatever negative things other people say,“ she told Bossip.

Da Brat intends to work with JD again once she’s done with house arrest. For now, she is readjusting to life on the outside. That includes letting go of the negativity that brought her trouble in the past.

“My life–period–is going to be ten thousands times better because my temper and my attitude have totally adjusted. I think I am a better person, a wiser person, a smarter person who is not going to take anything for granted anymore,” she said.

Her new attitude might explain her reluctance to inject herself into the Lil’ Kim and Nicki Minaj beef.

“My personal thoughts on beefing … when it’s only like six of us left trying to put out records … it’s not enough for us to beef,” she told Vibe.com. “It makes no sense to me, but if that’s what they do, let them do that.”
